Born in Schiltigheim, Camille spent ten years working in Strasbourg kitchens before swapping the apron for a notebook. She writes about winstubs, the city's newer tables and Alsatian produce. Her rule: never recommend an address she would not send her own parents to.
A Strasbourgeoise by choice for fifteen years, Margot looks after the practical pages and the Christmas market file. Every year she walks the markets from opening day, to tell the honest mulled wine from the tourist trap.
Théo grew up between Strasbourg and the Vosges. He walks every route before publishing it, times every leg, and would rather cut a stop than pretend a day is longer than it is.
